This is a Seiko Grand Seiko Special Automatic Ref.6155-8000. It features a silver dial with bar-type hands, a charmingly simple design. The glass shows age-related deterioration, and the dial has some tanning and stains. The case has dents. The hands adjust smoothly. An aftermarket leather strap is attached.
