About the warranty

We will repair, free of charge, any malfunctions or natural failures that occur during normal use within the warranty period, in accordance with our warranty policy.

Consumable parts such as leather bands and metal bracelets are not covered by the warranty.

In addition, the warranty will not apply in the following cases:

■If the warranty card is not presented.

■If the product name or date of purchase is missing from the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.

■Failures or damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake.

■If we determine that there is no problem with the quality or function of the product, or that it is within an acceptable range.

■Failures or damage caused by incorrect use or carelessness.

■Repair or replacement of exterior parts (crown, tube, crystal, bracelet, case, case back, etc.).

■Correction of exterior or dial due to aging or use.

■Broken winding stem, broken balance staff, or broken mainspring inside the movement.

■Replacement of parts due to adjustment of the feel when winding the mainspring.

■If the case back has been opened, or repaired or replaced by the customer or another store.
