This is an IWC K18/750 round hand-wound Cal.C89.It has a charming simplicity with a champagne dial and alpha hands. The dial has some tanning, and the hands show slight deterioration due to age. The case has minor scratches, but no major damage. The hand-winding and hand-setting operations are smooth. The strap is a non-original leather strap.
