This is a Seiko King Seiko hand-wound Ref. 44-9990. Its charm lies in its simplicity, with a silver dial and dauphine hands. While the dial and crystal show some signs of age, the watch is generally clean. The case has minor scratches but no major damage. The hands adjust smoothly. It is fitted with an aftermarket leather strap.
